lets get it back on track!

Meet George

More than 50 years ago, my parents purchased 103 acres of land in Lincoln County. For over 30 years, I have been the proud owner of an 18 acre portion of that tract. It is my home. Throughout my professional career, which has been ongoing for about 45 years, I gained extensive experience in property valuations for property tax purposes. This resulted in having have been honored with multiple appraisal awards. My most recent employer, who I was with for 29 of those years, is the State of Tennessee Division of Property Assessments. With them I furthered a diverse background in determining the valuations of residential, farm, commercial, and industrial properties. In the last 7 years, under the job title of State Appeals Coordinator, my focus was appeals of high dollar commercial/industrial properties across Tennessee. I worked with property assessors, TN Division of Property Assessments personnel, and taxpayers’ representatives or attorneys. This took place throughout Tennessee’s South-to-North and East-to-West Counties. I am eager to bring this expertise back home and kindly request your vote as the next Lincoln County Property Assessor.
